Reminders sent, without you remembering.

1. Connect your server account in the app. The server sends the emails, so it only works with one.
2. Open More → Settings → Automatic reminders and tap Set up reminders.
3. Turn on payment reminders, appointment reminders or both, choose the stages and sending time, and save.

Only for invoices you have sent that are still open or overdue. Paid and cancelled invoices, drafts and credit notes never get a reminder, and neither do invoices you have already sent a dunning notice for yourself. If Stripe shows an invoice as paid, nothing goes out either.

There is at most one email per stage. If you switch the automation on later, only the latest stage reached is sent, not a whole series at once. After 90 days overdue the server stops reminding.

Up to 200 a day per business. Anything beyond that is sent in the next run. Inactive clients and clients without a valid email address are skipped. Internal notes never go to clients.

No, the two work together. The automatic reminders are friendly nudges about open amounts. You still send the three reminder levels (Pro and up) yourself from the invoice. Once you have sent one for an invoice, the automation stays out of it.
